What is a personal heatmap?
It's a map that aggregates several activities: the more often you pass a spot, the stronger the track is drawn there. Unlike platforms' global heatmaps, a personal heatmap shows only YOUR outings — your playgrounds, your favourite loops, the areas left to discover.
How to generate it
- 1
Gather your files
Export your activities from your watch or platform (GPX, FIT or TCX).
- 2
Open the heatmap tool
Drop several files at once into the drop zone.
- 3
Explore your map
All your tracks overlay; your recurring routes stand out immediately.
Your activities stay on your device: nothing is sent to a server, no account required. It's your map, private.

Files in a format the tool won't take, or want to check an outing first? Convert them or open them in the viewer before building your heatmap.
